| 研究概要 | This research explores the evolving EV business ecosystem, with a focus on downstream value chain activities such as charging infrastructure, after-sales services, and mobility solutions. Unlike traditional vehicles, EVs require new digital and service-oriented capabilities that enable continuous value creation beyond the point of sale. Through a multi-case study approach, the study examines how legacy automakers, start-ups, and cross-industry entrants are reconfiguring their resources and strategies to meet changing consumer needs. It analyzes how these actors build ecosystem partnerships, manage customer engagement, and innovate in areas like battery services and platform-based mobility. By investigating these dynamics, the research provides both theoretical insights into capability transformation under technological disruption and practical guidance for building more competitive, sustainable business models in the EV era. Ultimately, it aims to illuminate how digital and service innovations are reshaping the final stage of automotive value delivery to support a user-centric and low-carbon mobility future. |
