Oral presentations
Time Allocation:
• Keynote talk: 30 minutes
• Invited talk: 25 minutes
• Regular talk: 20 minutes
Note: The time allocation includes discussions and transitions.
Presentation Files: Presenters are kindly requested to upload their presentation files, either in PowerPoint or PDF format, onto the conference room PC prior to their scheduled time. This ensures a smooth transition between speakers.
Poster presentations
Poster Board Specifications: The poster board provides a projectable area measuring 87 cm in width and 170 cm in height from the floor. Please ensure that your poster fits within these dimensions.
Poster Set-Up and Removal Time: Posters can be affixed to the designated boards starting at 11:00 a.m. on the day of your presentation. Please remove your poster by the following morning. Any posters left behind will be discarded.
Poster Award: Exceptional posters will be recognized with a "Best Poster" award.
